Eligibility for Refunds
- Service Not Rendered: If a service was scheduled but not performed due to our fault or unavailability, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Service Cancellation: If you cancel your service at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 20% service fee.
- Unsatisfactory Service: If you are not satisfied with the quality of service provided, please contact us within 7 days of the service date. We will investigate the issue and offer a re-service or partial refund based on the findings.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Refunds are not provided for completed services where the issue was resolved as agreed.
- Products purchased as part of a service package are non-refundable unless defective.
